Gaurav Bakshi

Gaurav has been a part of the FMCG, Retail and Financial Services Industry in India and has made marque contributions to leading organisations like Dabur India, PepsiCo, Fitness First and Religare amidst varied, dynamic and compelling business and market landscape.

Having intensely experienced life and challenges of People Practitioners - he realizes the needs and unmet expectations which yet exist in the fast-maturing Human Resources Function – Gaurav founded Strat-Board, a firm which through its consultative approach and an embedded market-place, helps people practitioners in finding credible solutions for the full spectrum of their HR requirements. Strat-Board is also the official Vendor Community Partner for SHRM India and has been receiving some raving feedback from Industry stalwarts.

Gaurav’s biggest strength lies in Business HR and he specializes in bringing practical aspects of Human Resource Management as they exist in the real world on the bedrock of core concepts and fundamentals of People Management. Personally, he takes a lot of interest in the emergence and adoption of new age practices and technology across the Employee Life Cycle and has a perspective trusted by leading organizations and HR Leaders in India.

Gaurav has led large scale as well as niche HR assignments for multiple industries & geographies for organizations in distinct phases of evolution. He is certified in Instructional Design, is a Certified Assessor from SHL, a Certified Trainer for key Leadership Development programs, also spends time in Academic and industry pursuits on Human Resources.

Gaurav is an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and has been recognized for professional excellence and contribution to Business on multiple occasions.

Sapan Shrimal

Sapan Shrimal is the Director at Monk@Work, a leading Mindfulness consulting firm. He is also the creator of MEx (Mindfulness Index), globally the first ever mindfulness personality assessment. Sapan is credited with introducing the Triple Trait Model of Mindfulness©.

Sapan comes with a rich experience in the field of leadership and cultural transformation, coupled with over 20 years of practice and study in mindfulness. His background in corporate strategy enables him to bring sharp focus on organizational priorities and clear business impact. Sapan’s industry experience, largely in renewable energy sector, includes a brief stint in United States of America. Having closely worked with people across multiple cultures and continents, he brings unique insights into workplace and leadership dynamics.

He has helped leading organizations across industries, including many Fortune-500 companies and large conglomerates, in adopting the science of Mindfulness to strengthen leadership, culture, productivity and resilience (includes BNP Paribas, Ralson Tyres Ltd., VMWare, General Electric, Amdocs, MSL Group, Federal Mogul, Royal Canin, DP (Dubai Port) World, Capita, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Group, ONGC, Aster DM Healthcare, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, MyFM, etc).

He has been a speaker at various industry and HR forums, including Business World HR Summit, FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry), NHRDN (National Human Resource Development Network), IBPG (Indian Business & Professionals Group) Abu Dhabi, Mindful Leadership Summit, etc. His perspectives have been captured in publications of prominence (including Business Today and Hindu Business Line).

He is a certified master life coach and a certified master practitioner in NLP. He is also certified in Psychometric Testing from Psytech, UK (under EFPA).
